It's that time of the year again!
Are you ready for swimsuits?
Me either!
Well, to make us feel better about ourselves while we are in our skirted tank-ini's.......how about an EASY and low-fat dessert?
I make these for family gatherings and get togethers.
It is always a crowd pleaser.
The recipe is asked for every. single. time.
No one can believe how easy it is to make.
And it is always gone.
Want the recipe for yourself?
Well, here are your simple ingredients. You can tweak them to your taste....low fat/sugar free.....add or take away!
Take those simple and easy ingredients and just layer them in your serving dish.
Now....my tip of the day.
Use your glass bowls or glass serving dishes. Think how boring this would have looked if all you could have seen was the whipped topping "top" layer.
Not boring now!!!
Layer it up....garnish on top and enjoy!
Delicious and light!
And it will make you feel good about yourself......
Even if you are like me....and your bathing suit now has a skirt.
I'm rocking the skirt!
Wahhhhh!!!!!!
What do you think?
Make something like it already?
There are neat variations to the ingredients.
Feel free to leave your "recipe twist" in the comments!
I love hearing from you!
Love,
Me
